What I have done to try and meet the competency:
- Responsible for designing and implementing the Bluffton Literacy Plan
- Continue to focus on building a culture of literacy
- Presented at 21 CTLS every year since its inception
- Promoted 21st Century Learning
- Help move school forward with effective and purposeful technology integration
- Supported and was responsible for the Chromebook Parent Purchase Plan at Lacombe Junior High and Bluffton
- Support the use of CRM software
- Completed a CRM Review
- 3 staff attending CRM Conference in 2018
- STAR and Fountas Pinnell assessments
