To empower those around me to challenge themselves and not be afraid of failure while providing the support they need to accomplish their goals.  I believe relationships are built on trust and that if you trust the people close to you anything is achievable.  I hope to create a culture of trust and willingness to strive for heights previously thought out of reach.
